When you start at Transform40, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 40 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time. We have the most time efficient workouts in the market, meaning this can be achieved in just 1 hour training per week!
Nope! Most of our members start with little to no gym experience. We assess each new member's fitness level. Personal Training sessions are uniquely tailored to you, whilst our Group Training is designed with beginner to advanced variations of the same workout.

Our pre-planned program design centres around strength based functional fitness. We train with purpose and intention so you can live a life free of limitations. In class, you'll perform movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings, and body weight movements with traditional cardio exercises. All led by a professional coach. Personal Training is completely tailored to you and your goals.
Each class is led by professional coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout. The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction. At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury.
What Should I Expect From Personal Training?
You'll receive a dedicated professional coach who works with you to define your short and long term goals, develop a plan specific to where you are and where you're going. Your coach supervises your training to ensure correct technique and provide additional motivation. Your coach tracks your progress in the Transform40 app so we can review your progress over time and make any adjustments to your plan as necessary
The Mentorship Program is for members who want to achieve truely transformational results within a condensed timeframe of just 6 weeks. The program comes with a personalised 6 week program and progress on weight, strength, nutrition and habits are tracked in app, and carefully monitored and reviewed by a Head Coach to ensure you achieve the best results possible.
Yes! We provide guidance on proper eating, sleeping and other healthy habits as part of your membership which are vital to achieving results and help to maximise energy levels and reduce stress – getting YOU maximum results from your workout effort.
